Tillie Thompson has been named chef concierge and director of guest services at Newport’s Castle Inn & Resort. She was previously chef concierge at the Registry Resort and Club in Naples, Fla. In her new role, Thompson will manage the concierge department and guest relations. She is a member of the Greater Boston Concierge Association and lives in Newport.
