Tom Powell, human resources director at The Kent Center for Human and Organizational Development in Warwick, has been named to the center’s executive management team. Powell will assist in creating a more strategic partnership between human resources and the center’s service departments. Powell serves on the board of directors of Sojourner House in Providence. He received a master’s degree from Bryant College. He and his family live in Warwick.
