Tori Coombs has been promoted to vice president / director of technology operations in the PhoneBank at Citizens Bank. She joined the bank in 1999 as a PhoneBank technology support manager. Prior to joining the bank Coombs was with Alltel Information Systems. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Brown University. Coombs is a resident of Wakefield.
