Vicki L. Hathaway was promoted to vice president of retail operations at BankFive. She will be responsible for processes and procedures within the bank’s retail-operations division. Hathaway has been with the bank for 32 years. She holds a degree from Babson College in financial studies and has completed coursework at Bristol Community College. •
