Vincent Lo Buono has been named general manager of Temple Downtown Restaurant and Lounge in Providence. Previously, Lo Buono was director of Boston operations for five Todd English Enterprises restaurants. Lo Buono holds a B.S. in business management from Rhode Island College. •
