Wendy E. Kagan

Wendy E. Kagan has joined BankNewport as senior vice president, human resources director. She joins the bank from Citizens Financial Group, where she was vice president of human resources. Kagan is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and employee training. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and a master’s degree from Northeastern University.
