Wendy Reil has been appointed chef garde manger for Blackstone Caterers. She is responsible for cold foods, displays and presentations, as well as preparing and displaying her creations at special events. Reil previously worked at the Newport Regatta Club as garde manger, responsible for all aspects of food preparation and service as well as vessel maintenance. She is a resident of Middletown.
