William E. Wilbur has joined Bank Rhode Island as chief auditor. He previously worked at Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Rhode Island as manager of the internal audit department. Wilbur is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Institute of Internal Auditors. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Rhode Island College and his master’s degree from Bryant College. Wilbur lives in Pascoag.
