William J. Taksar has been appointed vice president/risk manager in corporate risk management at Citizens Bank. He joined Citizens in February from Bank of America, where he was compliance manager. In his new role, Taksar is responsible for assisting business units in assessing enterprise risk and implementing effective risk management programs. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from Bryant University.
