William R. Eccles Jr. has been promoted from the position of executive vice president to executive vice president and chief operating officer of BankFive. Eccles has been an employee of BankFive for 40 years, and is a graduate of the National School of Banking. He has received a number of awards for his involvement in the community, including the John S. Brayton Community Service Award. •
