Adam Short has been named development and program manager at Alliance of Artists Communities. He will be responsible for coordinating and managing programs and special-funding projects for the alliance. Prior to joining the alliance, Short served as the producing director of the Rhode Island International Film Festival. He has a B.A. in English literature from Reed College and an MBA from Bryant University. •
