Almond joined Major General Reginald Centracchio, Adjutant General of Rhode Island and commanding general of the Rhode Island National Guard and Michael Cheston, executive director of the Rhode Island Airport Corporation at 2 p.m. for a tour of the terminal area and the perimeter of the facility.
