Andrea White has been named vice president and bank secrecy-act officer for Bank Rhode Island. In her new role, White will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act and Office of Foreign Assets Control regulations. She has more than 20 years of experience in banking having held positions with Fleet Bank, Flagship Bank, Commonwealth Nation Bank and Eagle Bank. •
