Anthony DiPietro has been named chief operating officer at the Institute for the Study and Practice of Nonviolence. He will be responsible for day-to-day management, staff development, finances and facilities as well as support the organization’s strategic objectives, such as the capital campaign to create a youth development center. Previously, DiPietro was business manager for the radio station 95.5 WBRU. He has a B.A. in English and honors in creative writing from Brown University. •
