Brian Brosnihan, general manager of Legal Sea Foods’ Warwick location, has been named one of the “Top 50 General Managers of 2004” by the Nation’s Restaurant News. The honor is awarded to general managers across the nation that make an impact on the restaurant industry and are credited for running a smooth operation. Brosnihan is credited for having the following attributes: ensuring customer satisfaction at any level including cooking items not on the Legal Sea Foods menu, learning the first names and important dates for all repeat customers, and treating his staff as members of his family. Brosnihan’s store has continuously made a profit over the past six years he has been at the helm.
