Brian E. Garbecki has been named director of health care services at Providence-based construction firm Gilbane. He will deliver Gilbane’s strategic services to health care groups and take part in the firm’s national health care center of excellence peer group. Garbecki has a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from Western New England College and a master’s in economics from the University of Rhode Island.
