Brian P. Thalmann has been named senior civil engineer for Resource Control Associates Inc. He is responsible for the design of many high-profile projects while managing a team of engineers, technicians and subcontractors. Previously, Thalmann served as president of his own firm for eight years. He has a B.S. in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Rhode Island. ̶ •
