Brian Webber has been named head sushi chef for Amici Bar & Grille. Webber earned his degree in culinary arts from The Culinary Institute of America, and received a second degree in culinary nutrition from Johnson & Wales University. Previously, he has served as sushi chef for restaurants in California and Utah, and was sous chef at Providence Oyster Bar. •
