Budd Fisher was promoted to president North Markets for UnitedHealthCare,
Inc. He is responsible for the company’s operations in the North, consisting
of 12 health plans covering 4.1 million people over 17 states. Fisher has over
24 years of experience in the heath care industry. He most recently held the
position of regional president, Northeast Markets and chief executive officer
of UnitedHealthCare of New England Inc. Fisher earned a bachelor’s degree from
Temple University. He lives in East Greenwich.
