Chad Francis has been promoted to operations manager at Arpin International Group.
He will be responsible for billing, assisting relocation coordinators with international and domestic shipments and managing the accounts of several companies.
He previously had served as an Arpin relocation coordinator.
Francis has a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, N.H.
