Charles L. Haytaian has been named director of pharmacy for Landmark Medical
Center. He is responsible for pharmacy operations at both Landmark Medical
Center in Woonsocket and Rehabilitation Hospital Rhode Island in North Smithfield.
Haytaian formerly held the position of director of pharmacy at Westerly Hospital.
He lives in Coventry.
