Christopher J. Maxwell has been named chairman of the executive board for the Rhode Island Trucking Association. The organization has a 77-year history and has 700 members and affiliations with state and local regulatory agencies. Maxwell will continue the development of the organization within the trucking and commercial vehicle industry. He is president of D’Ambra Construction. ̶ •
