Colin M. McNiece has been named associate in the public finance practice group at Tillinghast Licht. McNiece served as a judicial intern for Chief Justice Ernest C. Torres of the U.S. District Court of Rhode Island and as a legal intern for the R.I. Department of Administration. Formerly, he held the position of director of economic development and chief planner for the City of Lowell, Mass. He has a B.A and a M.A. in city planning from Iowa State University and a J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law.
