Daniel Braun has been named general manager at Castle Hill Inn & Resort. Braun previously served as the food and beverage director for Castle Hill. He holds a B.S. in hotel, restaurant and travel management from Endicott College and a diploma in hotel management from Switzerland’s Les Roches. In addition, Braun earned an advanced certificate in the Mastery of Wine & Beverages from Florida International University. •
