Darlene Capuano has joined Cranston-based Thielsch Engineering Inc. as director of the BAL laboratory. She is responsible for maintaining the appropriate certifications and operational control of the laboratory while marketing the current services and developing new capabilities. Capuano is a member of the American Water Works Association and the New England Water Works Association. She received a bachelor’s degree from Rhode Island College. She and her family live in Pawtucket.
