David Miller has been named vice president for corporate development at SEA Corp. He joined the company in 1998 as business development manger. Miller previously worked as vice president of operations for a Rhode Island thermoplastics manufacturer. He also worked as a Navy officer for 20 years. Miller is a graduate of Ohio’s Miami University, the Naval War College and the Defense Language Institute. He and his wife are residents of Portsmouth.
