David S. Kozora has been promoted to vice president, small-business lending at The Washington Trust Co. He first joined the bank in 1994, and oversaw the commercial-credit function of the commercial-lending department for eight years. He rejoined the bank in 2008 as a credit analyst with the small-business lending team. He holds a B.S. in economics from Providence College and an M.S. in Finance from Bentley University. •
