Diane L. Lynch has been promoted to vice president of consumer lending at Washington Trust. She is responsible for the processing and closing of consumer loans, analyzing trends and recommending changes to credit policies, and supporting consumer loan origination efforts. She is also an instructor for the bank’s Omega Consumer Lending training program. Lynch began her career at the bank in 1982. •
