BOSTON — The board of directors for FleetBoston Financial has declared a regular quarterly dividend on approximately 84 cents per depositary share on the corporation’s Series VI 6.75% Perpetual Preferred Stock (FBF pfG). The dividend is payable on July 15 to shareholders of record on July 1.
