Geoffrey Goss has been appointed sous chef at the Wyndham Bay Voyage Inn. Goss previously served as garde-manger at Le Gorce Country Club in Miami Beach, Fla. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., with an associate degree in Culinary Arts. •
