Hugh Hall has been elected president of the Rhode Island Health Care Association. He will serve a two-year term. Hall has held several leadership posts in long-term care including president of the Rhode Island chapter of the American College of Health Care Administrators, chairman of the Nursing Home Direct Care Staffing Task Force and vice president of the Rhode Island Health Care Association. He is a resident of North Kingstown.
