Jae Krafft Wiss has been promoted to director of social media for RDW Group Inc., having previously served as senior advertising account executive. Wiss joined RDW in 2008 and has more than 15 years of experience in communications, marketing and Web development. She received a B.S. in business administration from Roger Williams University and an MBA in information systems science from Salve Regina University. •
