James Burke of Warwick has been named controller at Kent Hospital of Warwick. Prior to joining the management team at Kent, he had been controller for Paramount Cards of Pawtucket and a senior manager at the Providence office of KPMG Peat Marwick. Burke directs a number of daily financial operations including accounts payable, general accounting, budgeting, physician billing and the internal control system. He is a certified public accountant and a graduate of Providence College.
