James Poirier has been named senior vice president at Citizens Bank. He will serve as a sales and retention manager in the customer service operations department, and will be responsible for the development and implementation of service to sales programs. Poirier previously worked for Brown Brother Harriman as a vice president. He graduated from the Wentworth Institute of Technology. •
