Jay Gonsalves was recently named president of ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA). Gonsalves was elected to the executive committee by fellow association members and has been a professional in the credit and collection industry for more than 25 years. He has a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts and an M.A. in health services administration from Salve Regina College. •
