Jennifer Marrapese, vice president of regulatory affairs at Cox Communications New England, has been named to the Big Sisters of Rhode Island board of directors. A Providence resident, Marrapese has been involved with Big Sisters or R.I. since 1999, when she served for two years as a Big Sister in the program. As a board member, she is to assist in the organization’s fundraising efforts and raise the profile of the organization.
