Jo-Ann Harrington has been named this year’s recipient of a community service sabbatical from Citizens Bank. She is manager of the bank’s Rumford branch, in East Providence; her three-month paid leave began Nov. 6. Harrington will spend her sabbatical at Crossroads Rhode Island, helping the homeless agency develop a more client-friendly intake process and working in its Copy Center microbusiness.
