Joanne Hill has been promoted to associate director-financial re-sources at the R.I. Department of Corrections.
She manages oversight of a division including budgeting, purchasing, warehousing operating and custodial account functions, as well as fiscal policy development.
Hill has a B.A. from Providence College and a master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs.
