John A. Cogan has joined Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP as an associate. His focus is on heath care regulatory compliance. Cogan assists health insurance carriers, providers and companies that do business with them in structuring transactions, developing policies and procedures and analyzing operations to improve compliance with federal and state health care regulations. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the American Banking Institute. Cogan earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, his master’s degree from the University of Texas and a juris doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law. He lives in Pawtucket.
