John J. Rush has been named an assistant vice president in the claims executive department of Lincoln-based Amica Mutual Insurance Co. He most recently held the position of branch manager of the company’s southeastern Massachusetts office. Rush has been with the company since 1978, holding various positions of increasing responsibility. He lives in Mansfield, Mass.
