John P. “Jay” Ryan

John P. “Jay” Ryan has been named senior vice president, government finance at Webster Bank and will be developing and overseeing the bank’s public-entity business in Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts. He has more than 22 years’ experience in the banking and securities industries. He serves on the boards of the Rhode Island Philharmonic and the Roger Williams Park Zoo. He has a B.A. in finance from Bryant University.
