Karsten Hart has been appointed executive chef at Castle Hill Inn, a subsidiary of Newport Harbor Corp. Hart came to Castle Hill in 2010 as chef de cuisine. Previously, he has served as executive chef at The Estate by the Elderberries, in addition to being designated a grand chef at the Relais & Chateaux property. Hart has also served as sous chef at the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans. •
