Kelley E. Torkomian has been named consumer loan manager at the Bank of Newport’s loan administration department. She will be responsible for coordinating the origination of consumer loans with all branches and the bank’s customer service call center. She had worked as assistant vice president and branch manager of the Newport office. Torkomian serves as treasurer of the Portsmouth Business Association. She and her family live in Middletown.
