Kevin Carter has been promoted to regional sales manager of the Central and Midwest division of Collette Vacations. He will be responsible for the training, development, mentoring and management of the district sales managers in the Central and Midwest divisions. Carter joined Collette Vacations in 2003 as a product manager for Asia and the United States. He has a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire. •
