Kevin J. Chamberlain has been named vice president of commercial lending for the Bank of Newport. He will be responsible for the development of new commercial loans in Bristol and Providence counties. He previously held the position of senior credit officer for Enterprise Capital, Inc. of East Greenwich. Chamberlain is a member of the board of directors of Habitat for Humanity of Rhode Island, East Bay Chapter, and a member of the Jamestown Lions Club. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Brown University. Chamberlain and his family live in Jamestown.
