Larry Gadsby has been named the Newport County/East Bay regional director for the R.I. Small Business Development Center at Johnson & Wales University. A longtime entrepreneur, Gadsby has risen to chief and executive leadership positions in the financial services industry and at nonprofits including the Visiting Nurse Services of Newport and Bristol Counties and Clagett Memorial Clinic.
