Mark Rhoads has been named account executive at True North Communications. Rhoads will work closely with True North clients such as the Landmark Medical Center, Rhode Island Mayoral Academies, Nestor Traffic Systems and Goosewing Hotels & Resorts. Rhoads formerly served in the office of Providence Mayor David N. Cicilline. He has a B.A. in political science from Providence College. •
