Mary K. Talbot has been appointed director of marketing and communications for Save The Bay. Her previous work experience includes serving as director of public relations for Citizens Bank, director of marketing and communications for the R.I. Economic Development Corporation, and director of communications for the Rhode Island lieutenant governor. Talbot also serves on the R.I. State Council on the Arts. •
