Matthew P. Lawrence has been named chief financial officer and vice president of Providence-based Gilbane Properties Inc. He is responsible for all financial matters related to the company’s property development business. Lawrence most recently worked as audit senior manager at Deloitte & Touche in Boston. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Lawrence and his family live in Natick, Mass.
