Michele Maker Palmieri has been named general manager of the Newport Yachting Center Marina. She will be responsible for the entire operations of the Newport Yachting Center, including the Newport Waterfront Festivals, the Newport International Boat Show, the Spring Boat Show, the Sovereign Family Skating Center and the Sunset Terrace and Harborview Veranda wedding and events facility.
